As an educator and mentor, I aim to provide students with opportunities to tailor their unique educational and personal goals. In my teaching, I leverage a wide array of techniques depending on course structure; materials curated from various authors; technological tools to enhance engagement; and multimedia or other learning modalities - such as art - as a vehicle for critical reflection. My core intention in the classroom is to demonstrate the utility of theory as a tool to enhance and understand complex public problems and, by design, develop professional and analytical skills.
